Absentee Voting

Absentee voting has begun! Ballots are now being accepted by mail or in-person at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The deadline to drop off in-person at City Hall is Election Day at 3 pm.

Early voting has begun! Vote in person at Hopkins City Hall during regular hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, from now through Friday, November 3. Extended hours will be available at City Hall for 2 days prior to the election; Saturday, November 4, 9 am to 3 pm, and Monday, November 6, 8 am to 5 pm.

The City of Hopkins is divided into five precincts. You must vote at the polling place for your precinct on election day. For help finding your polling place, use the Secretary of State website. Voting hours begin at 7 am and end at 8 pm.
